She has a small Harem of Vampires she will play with when she sees fit. She has her lifelong mate, Raphael, and she is loyal to him. She loves only him. Only showing him her most vulnerable side and having only his children. She is inherently kind to those who approach her respectfully, but disrespect her and she will not hesitate to kill. She is ruthless to those who try to ruin what she's created but is kind to her children, biological and turned. She does favor her biological children over her turned children, spoiling them more, but she loves all her Vampires and will do anything for them. Raphael calls her his Star and his Queen.
